Masonry Works

• Supply and lay Ceramic/homogeneous tiles with skirting for Living & Dining floor.
• Supply and lay ceramic/homogeneous tiles with skirting for 3 Bedrooms floor.
• Supply and lay ceramic tiles w/o skirting for Household Shelter (storeroom) floor.
• Supply and construct kitchan cabinet, fridge, washing machine base with ceramic tiles finish.

Plumbing Works

• Extend cold water piping at kitchen sink & washing machine position.
• Supply and install inlet and outlet pipe for Kitchen sink and washing machine.
• Supply labour to install instant heater for both toilets.
• Supply labour to install in bathroom accessories for both toilets.
• Supply labour to install in stainless steel Kitchen sink.

Painting Works

• Supply and paint whole house wall & ceiling using Nippon emulsion paint.
• Supply and paint all doors, door frames, pipes, and gate using glossy finish paint.

Electrical Works

• Supply labour to install 10 nos of light fitting.

Aluminum Works

• Supply & install aluminum design drille for whole house windows. (Up to 4 ft)

Carpentry Works

• Fabricate and install 20 ft kitchen cabinet with- Solid laminated doors in ABS trimming.- Laminated post-form work top.- Drawers with 1 set of Cutlery tray.- Designer handles for all doors and drawers.

  - 2 tier stainless steel dish drying rack.

• Fabricate and install 6ft designer casement wardrobe in laminate finish.

Miscellaneous Works

• Supply and lay protection covering for whole house floor finishing when required.
• Provide chemical washing for whole house floor.
• The flat owner shall pay for the haulage and debris removal services provided by the Town Council, where applicable.
